We ship all our orders the same day when placed before 2pm Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be shipped by 2pm on the Monday.
Delivery within the UK
28 Day Skin offers free delivery on all UK orders via Royal Mail 48 & Royal Mail 48 Tracked for orders over £20. It should normally take 2-3 working days for delivery.
Europe £10 for all orders. Shipping usually takes 5-7 days after dispatch.
International £20 for all orders. Shipping usually takes 10-12 days after dispatch but can vary with location.
We’re proud to announce that our mailing bags and boxes are made of completely recycled materials. All of our products can be returned to us for free for recycling and making into homes for a hedgehog. Email email@example.com with your order number for a free returns label.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel is shipped, we will email you with a tracking number. Just give it a day or so for the tracking number to be activated. Orders below £20 are not trackable during transit.
Help! I gave you the wrong address at checkout!
Email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything we can to update this for you. Our cut-off is 2pm on the day of order (mon-fri) for changing any details of your order before shipping. After this, your order will already have been shipped and unfortunately, we can’t change the course of the parcel.
I won’t be in for my delivery, what happens then?
If no one is available at the postal address provided at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise you or Royal Mail may deliver to a neighbour. Recipients can opt-out of Delivery to a neighbour and can also nominate a specific neighbour if they wish. Can I collect my order?
Sorry but we do not allow collections.
There’s a problem with my order. What are my options?
We’re so sorry your items arrived in less-than-perfect condition. Please email email@example.com with your order number and upload 2-3 clear photos of the problem, indicating whether you’d prefer a replacement or refund. We’ll get back to you shortly with a refund process, or send you out a brand new item. We’ll then email you when the refund has been processed OR when your replacement has been dispatched. We always do our best to resolve problems as quickly as possible!
My order was due for arrival but it never came!

Does 28 Day Skin ship to PO boxes?
28 Day Skin uses Royal Mail to ship your items domestically and Hermes internationally. Unfortunately these services don’t deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Our Product Returns Policy
Further to our terms of business of you purchasing our various products we have additionally set out this summary Returns Policy, further details of which are set out in our terms of business.
You can always end your contract with us. Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract:
(a) If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product repaired or replaced or a service re-performed or to get some or all of your money back);
(b) If you want to end the contract because of something we have done or have told you we are going to do;
(c) If you have just changed your mind about the product. You may be able to get a refund if you are within the cooling-off period, but this may be subject to deductions and you will have to pay the costs of return of any goods;
(d) In all other cases (if we are not at fault and there is no right to change your mind).

Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). For most of our goods bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. These rights, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are explained in more detail in our terms of business.

14 day period to change your mind.
You will need to pay the costs of return.
There may be circumstances when you don’t have the right to change your mind. Please refer to our terms of business. This includes (but is not limited to):
- those products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them; and
- any products which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.
How long do I have to change my mind? How long you have depends on what you have ordered and how it is delivered.
(a) Have you bought goods directly from our website? If so you have 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods, unless:
(b) Your goods are for regular delivery over a set period (for example where you have subscribed to our 28 Day Skin Treatment Plan). In this case you have until 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the first delivery
(as set out in our terms of business).
Returning products after ending the contract. If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. You must return the goods by posting them back to us at:

If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract.
When we will pay the costs of return. We will pay the costs of return:
(a) if the products are faulty or misdescribed;
(b) if you are ending the contract because we have told you of an upcoming change to the product or these terms, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.
In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return.
What we charge for collection. If you are responsible for the costs of return and we are collecting the product from you, we will charge you the direct cost to us of collection. Please contact us at Hello@28Dayskin.com for a quotation.
How we will refund you. We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described within our terms of business.
Deductions from refunds if you are exercising your right to change your mind. If you are exercising your right to change your mind:
(a) We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.
(b) The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery available.
(c) Where you have purchased the 28 Day Skin Treatment Plan, we may deduct from any refund an amount for the supply of the service for the period for which it was supplied, ending with the time when you told us you had changed your mind. The amount will be in proportion to what has been supplied, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract, subject to the return of products in a satisfactory condition and in accordance with paragraph (a) above.
When your refund will be made. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then:
(a) If the products are goods and we have not offered to collect them, your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.
